Detection
A connected source is processed under an approved profile. The workflow keeps an internal reference to the original context but does not publish private messages, contacts or closed-community names.
Qualification and duplicates
Intent, niche, available parameters and advertising traits are checked. Duplicate detection runs before a new card is created. Unknown values are never filled with guesses.
CRM handoff
The card contains source facts, a separate quality assessment and the reason it passed the filter. Once ownership is assigned, the team has a specific next action and due rule.
Reply and outcome
The manager chooses an appropriate response and records progress or a rejection reason. Automated mass messages are outside this workflow. Aggregated outcomes can be published only after anonymisation and source verification.
