A message that resembles a request is not automatically a lead. It may be a seller advertisement, forwarded promotion, repeated post or a discussion without buying intent. The decision therefore combines several checks.
Intent check
A request expresses a need or a relevant question. The filter evaluates the full phrase and available context instead of assigning quality from one matching word.
Advertising exclusion
Offer language, repeated promotion and partnership searches are separated from buyer signals. Borderline cases go to review instead of becoming an asserted fact.
Duplicate handling
A repeat can appear in one or more connected sources. Comparison uses normalised text, available source identifiers and time context. Personal data is unnecessary in a public report.
Feedback improves the rules
The manager records an acceptance or rejection reason. These labels allow filter changes to be tested against history. Public accuracy metrics will require a date, period and calculation source; the data is still being collected.
